Die Cutting: Our die-cutting services are endless. Whether you need materials knocked out, perforated or cut in multiple levels, we can help you. All cuts are per your specifications and can be offered with or without adhesive. G2 uses solvent-based coating and laminating so that we can create multi-layer solutions of both similar or different materials. We can work with, foils, films, woven fabrics and paper.

On site, we have a 40” wide coater, gravure roll and Meyer rod application units, 40’ oven with 11 stages, turreted primary unwind and rewind, dual coronoa treaters, hot can nip station and chiller rolls for cool down. We also have experience coating a variety of materials, including films, paper, fiberglass, aluminum and copper.
